At Proviz Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-visibility gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
